Living up in the cold northern part of the U.S., the last place I expected to find in our neighborhood was a restaurant serving up Caribbean cuisine. It was by chance that I had first seen mention of Caribe online. After doing a little more searching online and learning that the chef at Caribe is from Puerto Rico (and that mofongo is the menu), I decided to give it a try.
